Consultations on this website are administered by Delib Limited (a company registered in England & Wales with company number 5158056 and of 35 King Street, Bristol BS1 4DZ) (“Delib”) on behalf of North West Leicestershire District Council (“the Council”) of Council Offices, Coalville, Leicestershire LE67 3FJ. The policies of both organisations are to respect and protect the privacy of anyone who visits this website. This website is being hosted by Delib on behalf of the Council. The Council and Delib do not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this website, except where you voluntarily contact us via the email address above or supply personal information (name, email address, telephone number, etc) as part of your response to a consultation.

The personal data you give the Council will only be used for helping us to assist you, for the purpose of conducting the consultation exercise and to contact you about the consultation if you have previously given your permission for us to do so. We won’t pass any of your personal data to outside organisations and/or individuals, except with your express consent.

Your information will be held in a secure manner and we will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information under our control.

The information will be held by the Council, but Delib will retain a copy of the information for one year solely for back-up purposes at the completion of the consultation. For the avoidance of doubt, the Council exercises no control over Delib and will not be held liable for any act or omission by Delib which causes loss or damage to you or others of any kind.

By using this site you consent to the Council processing your information in the manner set out in these terms and you warrant that it is full and accurate.
