Overview

Thank you for agreeing to be part of our customer feedback group. Your views are important; they will help us shape our services and put customers at the heart of what we do.

As a member of this group, you will be asked for your views about a wide range of council services. You will be invited to take part in:

·        Surveys

·        Polls

·        Focus groups

·        Working groups

 

We will ask you to take part in at least one survey each year. You will be contacted a maximum of once a month to provide feedback.

First of all, we’d appreciate it if you could tell us some basic information about yourself. This will help us when we're pulling together focus groups and analysing any feedback provided by the group. 

What Happens Next

We will keep the information you've provided on file and use it to contact you and ask you for feedback on a range of services.
