We wish to know how our customers feel about the service we provide and if we can do anything better
North West Leicestershire District Council, Customer Services department were awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard in January 2021. We are passionate about providing excellent customer service and wish to know if we are failing, and if we are, where we are failing and what we could look at doing to improve our delivery of customer services to you.
We will review the responses and if consent give, we will publish to results of completed responses so you can see if we are performing as you have experienced and expect us to.
