North West Leicestershire District Council, Customer Services department were awarded the Customer Service Excellence standard in January 2021 and reassessed in December 2021. We are passionate about providing excellent customer service and wish to know if we are failing, and if we are, where we are failing and what we could look at doing to improve our delivery of customer services to you.
